to know
Will I see a difference after one visit?
Everyone is different, and we will never promise a change from a single session. Instead, on your next visit we show you the same spots on screen so you can compare for yourself.
Do I have to buy a package?
No. Every ritual can be booked as a single visit at the same price, and we will not bring it up.
Is there a charge for long hair?
Hair below the shoulders is ₩10,000 extra. We let you know when you book.
Can I go straight to work or dinner afterwards?
Yes. Every ritual ends with a blow-dry, and the powder room is yours to use before you leave.
Do you speak English or Japanese?
Reception has English and Japanese guide cards, and you can write to us in English when booking. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit.
How do I change or cancel?
You can change or cancel any time until the day before. For same-day changes, please let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to another guest.
